Atlanta Startup Weekend

This weekend I attended Atlanta Startup Weekend, along with probably 100 or so folks. It meant we stayed over at Georgia Tech for 3 days trying to build a new startup company. Some groups did it with hopes of getting to the promised land. Other groups (like us) just wanted something fun to do. So the idea that came from our group started out as trying to build an automated evangelist bot that would spam good things about your company. No one expected us to actually implement the idea, but we proved them wrong by actually finishing a good portion of it. And now it’s on sale on eBay for $2k since most of us have our own side projects
